This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all coaching services, workshops, seminars, and programs offered by Pradip Tandel – Life Coach, Motivational Speaker, Career Counsellor, and Peak Performance Coach through www.pradiptandel.com.
Clients who have scheduled a coaching session may request to cancel or reschedule the appointment.
• Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
• Sessions cancelled within the allowed time may be rescheduled to another available date.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may be considered a missed session.
If a client fails to attend the scheduled session without prior notice:
• The session may be considered completed.
• No refund or rescheduling may be provided.
Payments made for coaching sessions, seminars, workshops, or training programs may be non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
Refunds may only be considered under special circumstances at the sole discretion of Pradip Tandel.
If a workshop, seminar, or program is cancelled by Pradip Tandel due to unforeseen circumstances:
• Participants may receive a full refund, or
• The program may be rescheduled to a later date.
Participants will be informed in advance whenever possible.
For coaching programs or training packages:
• Once the program has started, refunds will generally not be provided.
• Participants are encouraged to ensure their availability before enrolling.
All bookings are considered confirmed only after the payment has been successfully received.
Payment details and instructions will be provided during the booking process.
Pradip Tandel reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.
Changes will be published on www.pradiptandel.com and will take effect immediately.
